I know this is an old thread but did you end up going with the P620? In a similar situation and wanted to use the P620 for multiple monitor setup on a 3060.
@matys and @MD2Techs yes. indeed it should work! I have an optiplex dell 3060 SFF (with i5 8500, 16gb ddr4 config.) and just bought an nvidia quadro p1000 today. my psu is just 200W though but surprisingly it worked right away (yes i installed it in the one and only available pcie x16 slot) without any problem. a very common dilemma with optiplex SFF people like me is whether quadro p1000/p620/p600 would fit inside the SFF chassis and whether the power supply be enough to power it? i can confirm that the card fits in very comfortably (check photos) still leaving about 1cm of vertical space between the card and the psu. @speedstep on performing the stress test (of CPU+ P1000 GPU) to verify that the psu is strong enough to handle well, the power drawn by the system unit was max. 130W (see photo). so there is still room for more power. here is the link to some photos https://1drv.ms/u/s!AoDlxcf1zZRcgbgeRC3uJh-_UsKO0w?e=Faxadb

The issue is that its a 40W card and your MT has LESS THAN 300W power supply.
