Do you have any video on monitor screen on start up? If no your issue is No POST.

I just sold my last 380 DT, having had 4 of those.  Common cause of NO POST is bad psu or failed motherboard. The led code can be misleading sometimes. If you have a verified working psu try to borrow it to test ur 380.  Try remove all ram and only insert one ram back to test (first remove all devices from 380 including video card and hdd/usb).  Finally try remove CMOs battery for 10 min and reset CMOs jumper on motherboard.

I tried resetting cmos and testing the PSU

Both of them still working but my Motherboard is just solud orange light.

I tried to make it work again and remove the ram while the computer is running and then same shutdown too!

not good idea: remove the ram while the computer is running.

remove components only when powered on and power drained from system by pressing power button.

Do you confirm you have no video at all no matter what?

I changed the motherboard battery, and the problem was solved
