Optiplex 5060 Requesting BitLocker Key

Question

We have about 125 OptiPlex 5060 SFF (approx. 1yo) deployed in our environment.  We use Microsoft MBAM for BitLocker encryption.  We use KACE to manage our PCs, and one of our KACE scripts forces a reboot every seven days.  Over the past week or so, as the PCs have been rebooting, they have been requesting their BitLocker key. We have found though, that by unplugging the PC for 30 seconds or so, and then plugging it back in, it does not prompt.  Unfortunately, due to the ongoing pandemic, everyone is working from home, except for a couple of our facilities guys, so everyday, we send them a list of computers to unplug and replug.  We'll need to wait until next week's reboots to see if that is a permanent fix.   Does anyone have any idea why, all of a sudden, we'd be getting these BitLocker prompts on the 5060s?  It is not happening on the 7010s, 7050s and 7060s that we have.

One way to fix it is to put it on timer that cuts ac power. That way you don't have to go and unplug manually.
