But the manager to these ports might be the same, as I have many issues whenever I connect many devices to my PC. With 8 connections (6 of them being HD cameras), communication gets choppy, and the devices malfunction. I'm quite sure these devices together need less than a single USB2 bandwidth, but this machine fails badly doing the job with its many "independent" USB3 ports.
Is there any setup that could be changed to improve its performance? Or a software to monitor what goes on with these ports? It's aggravating when I switch to a camera and the image is flickering because this Optiplex cannot handle the light load.

5070 has Q370 chipset.
USB Configuration
10 Total USB 3.1 Ports
- Up to 6 USB 3.1 Gen 2 Ports
- Up to 10 USB 3.1 Gen 1 Ports
14 USB 2.0 Ports
all these usb 3.1 ports are separate and independent.
