I resolved issue.
The problem was the video card.
Disconnected two monitors and unplugged the cable. I connected only 1 monitor and after that I was able to install the driver.

Have you tried to manually download and install the BIOS update (best method).

We have seen many problems with the Dell automatic updates and recommend it not be used, especially for a BIOS update.

yes I tried to manually download but it's not help me.
It is same problem.

Are you running the update as "Administrator"  RIGHT click on the icon for the BIOS update and then LEFT click Run as Administrator.  See if this helps.

Of course via Admin privileges :).
The process goes and shows what has downloaded and installed, but after rebooting, minutes 2 returns to the desktop, which is installed.
But when I check the BIOS version, the old one is displayed A05 but it should be A17.
