Optiplex 7050 Micro - keyboard issues with arrow keys - Win 10 Pro 20H2 - 19042.746
Recently updated to Win 10 Pro 20H2 - 19042.746 and have now lost the use of the arrow keys.
Keyboard works on other Opti and passes the Dell keyboard test. Other keyboards have the same issue.
Probably a Win 10 20H2 issue, but any help would be appreciated!!!

The USB error happening on my Optiplex micro 7050 is: Port_#0002 Hub_#0004 My keyboard (wired Dell and wired Microsoft keyboards both do not have functional arrow keys and the scroll lock is OFF and the two keyboards I have tried both work on my 506 and 3060 Dells with the same version of Win 10 20H2. Suggestions? Asset Tag
