Assuming you looked at Hardware-Corner here, those cards would work. And it does not have to be a 2.0 card as 3.0 cards are backward compatible. Also this video at YouTube should be a big help as it answers the question as to compatible GPU along with other upgrades.

Ya I've looked at that stuff.  I don't mind those cards listed besides they are more money than I was wanting to spend.  Would the Radeon RX 550 work for sure or not?  It is about half price and would serve my purpose just fine if it will work with the rest of the system.  Thanks!

It is not just the motherboard slot power limit, it is system psu that needs to be powerful enough for RX 550.  basic psu calculator 

Load Wattage: 240 W
Recommended PSU Wattage: 290 W

SFF stock psu = 180w.

you can upgrade to 240w psu for 7050 mt or better still 260w dell 6 pin oem psu to run rx 550.

Ok so I would have to upgrade the PSU with the other cards mentioned as well?  The Radeon RX550 low profile is a 50W draw and most of the rest of the cards mentioned are 70W to 75W......
