Re: The machine is for business purposes and users like to be able to use dual monitors.

7050 SFF can support two to three monitors without discrete video card(s).  these are provided by the cpu.  it is either HD630 or 530.  to use the integrated video ports, first uninstall all discrete video card(s).

For Intel 7th generation processors:

  • Intel HD 630 Graphics [with 7th Generation Core i3/i5/i7 CPU-GPU combo]

For Intel 6th generation processors:

  • Intel HD 530 Graphics [with 6th Generation Core i3/i5/i7 CPU-GPU combo]

per spec it has 2 Display Port 1.2; 1 HDMI 1.4.  does your monitor have DP port?

Also, a single discrete video card of R5 430 ought to have two video ports already and can support two monitors.  not sure why you would need two of these cards?  If you still need to buy a replacement card, is this one on eBay the same as yours?

PSU would only be able to support 2 GPU cards if the wattage was really low, like 19w.  I think the best bet is redxps630 suggestion of simply using onboard graphics.

The 7050 SFF does support the R5 430 1GB/2GB and the R7 450 4GB per Optiplex 7050 Spec Sheet.
