Optiplex 745 Beep Code 1-2-2
I tried to start my Optiplex 745 and it displayed no signal on the monitor, has a solid amber light, and has the beep code 1-2-2. I have two questions about this. First, what is the problem? Second, how do I fix it?

2. Replace with working for under $100.

Have you added, changed or removed anything? Dell says this--
Sep 17, 2020 — 1-2-2, DMA initialization failure, Run the Dell Diagnostics.

The only thing I've changed is the power supply, I got one with a higher wattage that worked in another system. I tried to remove the RAM and put it back in and it started repeating beep code 1-3-2 so I did it again and now it just has a black screen full of white zeros.
