Optiplex 755 Front Panel Part Number

I have an Optiplex 745 SFF with blown caps which although running is unstable. I also have a Optiplex 755 SFF factor and after comparing the motherboards decided to purchase a replacement Optiplex 755 motherboard to put in the 745 case.

with the replacement 755 motherboard installed the PC boots but I get an error message to say "Front Panel not detected" and "Temperature Probe not detected".

I have tried re-seating all the cables but when looking at the front panel ribbon cable connection to the motherboard I noticed that the pin-out on the 745 motherboard is different from the 755 motherboard. I am not sure what pin it is but there is one pin omitted on each board but the pin omitted on the 745 board is different position to  the pin omitted on the 755 board. I guess this is what is causing the error.

I need to purchase a replacement front panel to suit the 755 motherboard and would appreciate if anyone know the part number please.

Also is the temperature probe similarly connected to the motherboard via the front panel ribbon?

Many thank

Fozzie

Yes the black temp probe goes thru the front panel IO board.

As you can see in the Listing UM941 is the ribbon cable.

Thank you so much Speedstep for your quick response. I have been communicating with an eBay seller in the UK with regards to a similar item which we have now confirmed has the same part number as the items you directed me to.

Hopefully this will resolve my error messages. I am not sure what changed between the 745 and 755 motherboards which required a change to the front panel design but there must have been a technical reason.

Thanks Again

Fozzie
