Hi Manuel,
I don't think the CPU in your system is supported by VMware Workstation 14. The Optiplex 760 was released in 2008 but VMware 14 only supports CPUs made in 2011 or later:

I've tried all of these solutions, changing the setting in the BIOS, changing the vm ware compatibility in the settings.
My system info:
