Optiplex 7780 AIO Stand
I am writing this email with great pain and disappointment that after spending Rs 85000 on dell desktop AIO Optiplex 7780. I have bought this from online dell site and product got delivered 2 days back. To my surprise package does not have stand ....
I contacted customer care so many time and during that process I have been transferred to many departments without knowing the fact that who will resolve this issue. Finally one customer care executive told me that since it’s not in invoice that’s why it was not
Delivered. Now the basic question arise how Dell can sell any product without its stand ? ....
Now I told that executive and also chatted on dell site and every one assured me sending an email either in an 30 mins or 1 hour with quotation to buy that stand.. but till now I have not received any email or communication from anyone.
Can someone let me know what to do with this product or shall I return it and buy from dealer where at least I will get service.
Please shutdown your online site or stop fooling/cheating the customers
