As long as the cards fit, you should be fine.

it can work but only if it physically fits into the case AND your power supply is big enough.
1080 ti is a 300W card.
Aux power uses One 6-pin, One 8-pin
evga 700BR is bare minimum I would recommend using
3.3v/5v combined 150W
