Optiplex 9010 AIO sporadicly shuts down

We have an Optiplex 9010 that sporadicly shuts down. I've have wiped out the hard drive and re-installed a fresh install of Windows 7 Pro, 64 bit with all the updated drivers from Dell, including the BIOS.

There is nothing in the BIOS log file and nothing in the system log files.  It will not stay on for a 24 hour period without shutting itself off.  I would think if it's a fan/heat issue, something would be logged in the system log files but they are clean.

When you turn the machine back on, you get the message about not being properly shutdown with the boot options.

Has anyone seen this before?  Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Did you run the Dell Diagnostics to test the hardware? Include the custom hard drive test.

Yes, I've ran the diagnostics and everything shows it checked ok.

So confusing and frustrating.  You would think it would log something somewhere, but nothing.
