What size is your 9010 - MT, DT, SFF, or USFF?

s-l300.jpg

What does it have for RAM?  Computer freezes and program crashes can indicate not enough RAM.

good for you , math class, , do them all,  then to engineering,

NO PC told  ,9010 tells little at all.   no VIdeo card told, and if present are all AUX power jacks populated to the PSU and what Sizes (watts) PSU you have.

The top reason for gaming to freeze or go BSOD.

are:

  1. GPU or CPU over heats, does bench mark app. called furmark do the same?  use furmarks GPUz and see.
  2. Is your PSU weak or undersized (low watts ?)
  3. OS corruption, no OS told.
  4. if GPU card, present and has 1 or 2 AUX  power JACKS ALL MUST BE PSU POWERED OR IT WILL FAIL
  5. GPU CARD DRIVERS WRONG OR OLD. (undate drivers) from card maker only. if not DELL CARD.
  6. PC has dead case fans so that the GPU cards  only gets hot air, and overheats. Air flows matter.
  7. the card is bad (GPU) it  happens.

if you game learn to run CPU/GPU temperature monitors (vast exist)

I like HWinfo32.exe

I also use cpu-z , gpu-z and the shark monitors. First is heat, always check, heat,  50C ok 90C + not.

The CPU and most modern GPU both slow down as they get too hot.  (one more clue)

ok AIO

it freezes up gamed. roblox is an on line game only, so are you saying ONLY THAT FAILS ,?

NO OS stated is this WINDOWS 10 -64bit v1903 +  IDK what OS you run. not me.

so does that mean mouse goes dead,  the keyboard goes dead and for sure CONTROL + ALT + DEL

keys pressed at the same time , no menu shows, or does and now taskmanager is dead.

do that before turning off ANY FROZEN  PC, to see just how bad it is.

if playing this game did you get the game from the Microsoft store? or where?

did you read this first (min requirements) for Roblox.

you do know all online games freeze right, all do when there servers get overloaded

that is why I asked you what freeze means,  if you exit the ROBLOX app, at the freeze do you get the desktop back.  on most PCs ALT +F4 closed any APP> not sure on ROB,

spec: (no OS stated by you but they told you this)

we recommend, Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1, or Windows 10. For Windows 8/8.1 you will need to run Roblox in Desktop Mode, as Metro Mode (the tiled start-screen) is not currently supported.

does the PC freeze using a real USB mouse, wired, and not any HID devices with dead batteries.

?   define the freeze , we can not see your screen nor your actions. or what is connected to the PC.

do local games crash of freeze, not stated or not tried,?

the PC need clean fresh not infected windows if it is windows, is it. w10" are w10 updates current?

and needs fresh clean and current video drivers.  does it.   do you have dedicated GPU video card ? stated by maker of game.? IDK what you have inside a AIO, id never own any AIO, due to no way to upgrade it.

that it true the reload ROBlux from scratch.

or watch the video on huge MMO game, (massive users)

1 million hits for ROBLOX crashes. read them,  and learn it loves to,

even using stinking WIFI are you and using very busy channel like #1 or to far from the router. yah

why not use ethernet, to prove wifi is bad, as sure as heck i can. (wifi is shared resource)

but I'd have to put my hands on your PC to fix it.... doing bevy of tests.  even the taskmanager test first.

your PC >>>>>>>>>the internet >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>roblox servers (lots)

lots to go wrong here, see that long long path of not perfect, and the client dumps you for vast things.

Have you tried limiting the FPS to 60?

Unfortunately, an Optiplex isn't meant for gaming (Much less an All-In-One) as it is a business class computer. For gaming, I can recommend an XPS or an Alienware.
