Optiplex 9020 Windows 10 Intel AMT SOL (COM3) Error Code 43

Question

I have an Optiplex 9020, i7-4770, mini-tower running Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit, feature update 1903, that shows an Intel AMT SOL (COM3) Error Code 43 under Ports in Device Manager.  I've installed the latest BIOS update, A25, and the latest Intel ME chip set drivers, 11.7, but the error persists. I've tried popping the coin battery and flashing the BIOS from a USB drive and installing the drivers.  I've wiped the computer and re-installing Windows 10 and the error is persists.  I've run Support Assist and checked the hardware and no problems found.  Any suggestions on what to try next would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Then go into device manager and say install drivers from my PC instead of the internet for any yellow !  or drivers that are disabled to update them. Thanks for the reply.  Alas, it did mot work.  A 'FW Status Recovery Error' message is briefly flashed at boot.  The Intel AMT SOL driver version remains 11.6 no matter how many times I try to updated. Tried clearing nvram with jumper on motherboard. No luck so far

Bios has to be updated to current before latest AMT drivers work.

There is more than one kind of 9020

Fixes:
- Updated Intel ME Firmware to address security advisories INTEL-SA-00141 (CVE-2018-3616).
- Fixed a potential issue where the system stops responding when an incorrectly formatted password is entered at the BIOS Security Manager (BIOS preboot password) prompt.
- Added BIOS Password Feature: Master Password Lockout.
