Optiplex 980, No Bios, One time boot menu only
I've updated bios and reset cmos. Still nothing. F12 and F2 both send me to One Time Boot Menu with no option to go to bios. DEL and Tab gets me into a load Win7 or configure tool. Config tool just debug stuff. Where is the bios?

ATI based Radeon cards of the R series DO NOT SUPPORT DOS VESA VIDEO MODE 103 so you NEVER EVER GET F2 Bios. Older Radeon 4650, 6670, 7750 etc do not have this issue.
Nvidia cards don't seem to have this issue.
