Optiplex GX620 No Audio

Dell Optiplex GX620 can lose audio after a Windows Upgrade.

At "driverguide.com" I got the download for "Analog Devices ADI 198x". (or "Soundmax ADI 198x")

I extracted the files, copied the ISOs to disks and got the driver, installed it via Device Manager and sound appeared.
