Look on the right hand side of the screen, under Quick links, click on View product specs. A System Configuration screen will pop up. You can scroll down and check each item until you see the processor info. That was your original CPU.

I'm not sure I understand the question.
Have you examined the available/downloadable PDF Owners-Manual, Service-Manual, and official specs?
You might also be able to enter your Service-Tag at dell.com and it will show you the machine's original/shipped config.
