I highly recommend Crucial memory. You can go to their website, enter your computer model and it will show you compatible upgrades:
https://www.crucial.com
I have been using it for 20 years and never had a problem.

Any non ECC unbuffered DDR3-1600 (pc3-12800) ram for desktop only. get matched sticks.
By upgrade do you mean larger capacity or faster? 1600 MHz is fastest you can go w this model. Spec max capacity is 16 GB (4x4 gb) but with latest bios update you can go to 32 gb (4x 8 gb).
1600MHz memory will only perform as 1600MHz memory when 3rd generation CPUs are used. It will perform as 1333MHz memory if 2nd generation i3 2130, i3 2125, i3 2120, G860, G850 CPUs are installed in the system.

Optiplex 7010 Tech Guide
Avoid Kingston Value Ram (KVR). It rarely works in Dell's. Crucial also comes recommended as it's guaranteed to work in Dell's and has a lifetime warranty. If you want to save money on a somewhat older machine, I've used A-Tech, which also has a lifetime warranty.
