Me see 5 wires.  Screengrabs is from 1st set of splitters that come up in the link I sent.

I only nit picked about "...data power..." a little is because data and power are separate cables.

You said "data power splitter cable."  I believe from your title you want a sata power splitter cable.  It doesn't have to be genuine Dell brand.  I've used them myself.  https://www.amazon.com/s?k=sata+power+splitter+cable&ref=nb_sb_noss

Thanks. I did mean that

The reason I asked was that the existing cable has five wires but the splitters have four wires so wasn't sure on compatibility.

Adding a splitter may need RIGHT ANGLE connections for some Dell models.

Adding cables like this DO NOT increase the power output of your power supply.  This is why the 3.3v/5v combined output power of the supply along with the max power matters.   It is unwise to spec a power supply based on a single rail and single spec of Watts.

Many Dell power supplies have 150 to 225W combined power on the 3.3v/5v rails with 25 amps on each rail as well as 4 amps or more on the 5VSB rail .

I highly doubt a 9020 PSU is going to have trouble powering an SSD and HDD, with the HDD only being 5v.  I also doubt it was assumed splitter increases power.
