I have a Few dozen Dell PC’s the one I am upgrading just lost its service agreement. Rather than retiring it I added more ram and added and larger SsD that I purchased direct from Dell. So just trying to get the OS reinstalled.

I ended up just using a windows 10 recovery usb and that worked great.
