Upgrading the GPU.

Hi, I own a Optiplex 390 with a intel core i5-2400, a 220 Watt PSU and 8 GB RAM. It is currently paired with an AMD Radeon HD 6450 1 GB which isn't cutting it for me anymore.

My question is, can it support the RX 570 4 GB after I upgrade the PSU? I've heard that there are quite a few problems of compatibility when it comes to the rx 570, seeing as the current Mobo I have is a non-UEFI board. Was someone able to get it to work?

If not, will I be able to pair a gtx 1060 6GB with it without compatibility issues? Thanks in advance.

What form factor or size do you have?

The Optiplex 390 Tech Guide doesn't have a 220w PSU listed, so I couldn't figure out size that way, other than it's probably not the MT.
