7070 SFF psu is 200w.  Lenovo gen 2 docking station max output power is 60w.  Although this is good enough to power a notebook laptop, most likely it is too weak to power the SFF.  Also the 7070 SFF USB-C port with power share is not designed to receive power for the system when there is no power cord connected.  You still need an AC power cord to power the psu which has a 6 pin (12V) connector for motherboard and 4 pin (12V) for cpu.

USB-C power delivery voltage by default is 5V.  https://www.cui.com/blog/usb-type-c-pd-and-pps

Thanks for the reply

I wouldn’t use the docking station to power up my SFF, just to connect the docking station to the SFF via USB C, and avoid unplugging my screens, mouse and keyboard every few hours when I need to use my desktop.

if that’s possible at all… so my main concern was not to fry anything if i connect the docking station and SFF with powered up USB C.

Since keyboard and mouse are usb devices they would probably work when connected to docking station which then connects to SFF via USB-C.
whether or not SFF can send video signal via USB-C to screen connected to docking station depends on SFF USB-C.  I believe the SFF USB-C does not have the DP logo, thus it would not carry video signal or support the DisplayPort over USB Type-C.

USB Type-C connectors that support the DisplayPort over USB Type-C will normally include the DisplayPort (DP) logo near the connector.
