Wireless keyboard and mouse, not responsive
I have just purchased a wireless keyboard and mouse but sometimes mouse become not responsive. I had tried this on my another laptop both mouse and keyboard works perfectly fine. But when it comes to PC they become not responsive. Please help what can i do?

What mouse and KB model? Check the manual to make sure the receiver is setup properly in the correct port. Get help from the manufacturer's support page.

Some are not very good.
Some have limited range (even with new batteries).
