Hello, I would like to know if the Dell Optiplex 760MT is compatible with the Radeon R5 240 1GB graphics card.

Indeed, it'll work.  It won't have much strength for modern games though.  Not sure of intended purposes. Userbenchmark might also give you ideas.

I haven't heard of such a limitation.  No such limitation is printed on the MB that I could find. Optiplex 760 Tech Guide  Also, the card you're looking at is only 50w.  Good to go.
