That never works. Windows always must be installed on the right computer--not a similar model-- for the hardware detection process and everything else. The ancient 780 will have trouble running windows 10--no drivers or bios- and will definitely have trouble with the dual boot. It needs to be on the main hard drive. If you want to experiment with windows 10 install it there but I don't recommend it.
There is no secondary master drive in Windows 10 and Win 10 doesn't like dual booting--which is what second master drive is called now. Also no Master/Slave drives. Modern bios settings do not support those.

The 780 uses sata so there are NO IDE master and SLAVE drives.
