headset not working on optiplex 7010
so basically I have a headset that I've just bought and when I tried plugging the headset in the sound jack I was able to hear but i was not able to speak in my mic. After that I plugged the headset in the splitter it came with and I plugged the splitter in both the sound and microphone jack but now I'm not able to hear nor speak.
