i can't add boot

What is the size or form factor of your PC - MT, SFF, or Micro?

Few details were presented.  I take it from the photo your able to access both BIOS and the Boot Menu.

Was the system working normally before, then suddenly stopped?  Or did you just buy it and that's the way it came?

Did the power button blink any codes in blue or amber?

With what's presented so far, a dead HDD is possible.  There's no fixes for a physically bad HDD.
