First try go in bios>sata operation and change Dell default RAID to AHCI, save changes exit bios, then do a clean install of Windows 10 in UEFI mode. In clean install delete all partitions present on hdd until one unallocated partition is left. This will remove vendor email info etc. proceed to install.
When UEFI is enabled the first item under the boot menu should be Windows Boot Manager. If you are able to edit the boot menu and Windows Boot Manager is not shown, then manually type it into the boot menu. Also you did not state if you have more than one drive in the system. If so disconnect all drives except the drive which will be the boot drive. Then reinstall Windows 10. After confirming the system will boot fine, then reconnect other drives. As far as the company Email account is concerned, this page and this one from the MS forum may help.
Click Start. ... Select Reset this PC (System Setting). Under Advanced Startup, select Restart now. At the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot. Select Factory Image Restore. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset process.
@redxps630 Thanks, yes, this worked for me. Started by resetting the BIOS to factory settings, changed default RAID to AHCI, and installed from USB-stick to SSD.
