optiplex 390 psu upgrade

hi guys i wiould like to upgrade psu of my optiplex 390 MT. i want to upgrade it for gaming with gtx 1650 and i5 2400  i would like to use deepcool dn 450  https://www.deepcool.com/product/powersupply/2017-10/10_7114.shtml pls tell me if this will work with my pc @shesagordie pls help

I am inclined to say it will not due to insufficient combined power on the 3.3v/5v rails and LESS THAN 3 AMPS on the 5vSB rail.

The GTX 1650 only consumes 75W of power, no need for a new power supply.
