I am inclined to say it will not due to insufficient combined power on the 3.3v/5v rails and LESS THAN 3 AMPS on the 5vSB rail.
Note the power rating for EVGA 700BR on those rails

150W or more combined is fine less than 140W is not

The GTX 1650 only consumes 75W of power, no need for a new power supply.
