If your AIO has an HDMI out or DVI out it should allow bios viewing via an external screen, but it really depends on how the BIOS was configured. Did you buy this brand new from Dell? If so i'd have them fix it as it was damaged in shipping.

What specific Dell AIO model? If not sure, send me via Private Message the service tag number.

You wrote, "Just purchased a desktop aio with a broken screen", are you saying that you knew the LCD was broken and still bought it? If yes, then it was not purchased from Dell. From whom was this purchased?

It only has the VGA slot, it has no HDMI or DVI slots.

It was bought off a work colleague of my aunt, she said hlher son threw a cup to the screen when he was angry.
