Monitor not being detected properly

I have an Optiplex 7040 Micro, and it has 3 video ports, DisplayPort, HDMI, and VGA.  Running Win10.

Monitors are Samsung 2343 (2048x1152) and Dell E248WFPb (1920x1200)

Previously, I was only using the E248WFPb connected via VGA.  It worked just fine.  Resolution correct.

Now, I've moved the computer into another room and I'm trying to use 2 monitors, the Samsung 2343 as Primary, connected via DVI to DisplayPort Adapter .  It works great, proper resolution.

The E248WFPb as secondary and connected to the VGA port.  It does not get proper resolution or display ratio.

In the Device Manager under Monitors, it only shows "Generic Non-PnP Monitor" and "Generic PnP Monitor".  The program Speccy seems to know the Samsung monitor by name, but not the E248WFPb

I found this article, however can not replicate it:

http://www.dell.com/support/article/ba/en/badhs1/sln298567/display-drivers-in-windows-10-are-not-normally-required?lang=en

Help!  I just want my monitor to display properly.  Perhaps this computer doesn't have the power to drive two high-resolution monitors?
