Optiplex 7050 MT processor upgrade
Hi there, can I upgrade Optiplex 7050 MT processor from i7 to i9? Is it compatible? Thanks.

Hi SL516,
I'm afraid it's not possible.
The i9 needs an Intel X299 Chipset, whilst the Optiplex 7050 has an Intel H110 Express Chipset. The sockets are physically different too.
