Physically yes but many of these cards DO NOT WORK at all. Especially the cards that are X1 or X4 or X8 instead of X16 and are PCI-E 2.1 or 3.0.
This is also why the stock supported card in the 360 960 380 780 980 cards use a DMS59 Dell AMD Radeon HD2400/HD3450 card that is low profile W337G/Y103D or Full Height F342F

Theses cards are too weak i am using manli gt 610
i want to upg. my gpu. I just want to know if it would fit ,because some ppl told me that u can't fit it

There are issues with Specific NVIDIA cards and thats why people say it wont fit.
Single Slot LOW PROFILE cards that have both brackets physically fit just fine.
If you want a better card I suggest a specifc GT1030 card instead.

I have optiplex GX 520 could i put theProcessor of optilex 780(core2 Duo E8400) in the moatherboard of GX 520?
can i also replace the PSU?
