Optiplex 780 w/GTX 1050 ti issues

Question

I have an Optiplex 780 Mini Tower with Win 10, Core 2 Quad Q9550, 8gb ram 2x4gb dual channel.  I recently upgraded from a Nvidia Quadro 2000 gpu to a Zotac GTX 1050ti.  My issue is when benchmarking using Cinebench OpenGL test the Quadro would run at 40 fps where the 1050ti will only run at 32.5 fps.  Is there something I am missing here because I am at a loss?

The 1050 TI is NOT a Quadro

QUADRO PCI-E 2.0 Size 2 GB Bus Width 256-bit GDDR5 30Bit Precision Color
1050 TI PCI-E 3.0 Size 4 GB Bus Width 128-bit GDDR5 NO Precision Color

Games vs Cinebench are Totally Different.

This has NOTHING WHATSOEVER to do with Optiplex 780 or not.
