Any Best practices for Oracle ASM deployment on Unity All Flash Arrays

I can't find any white paper about best practice in deploying Oracle ASM on Unity All Flash Storage arrays.

am asking in terms of:

- compression

- allocation size

- separation of pools along with the new dynamic pool feature in Unity Merlin Code

Oracle ASM will be deployed on VMware environment connected to Unity All Flash array

Can anyone please assist on this matter ASAP
