I am not clear on the instances. Are you saying that three instances are running on each server (i.e. 6 instances total)? In which case the instance list you show (xx1, xx2, xx3) would be incomplete, because that's only 3 instances, not 6. Also, the structure of the instance names appears to be a 3-node RAC, not a 2-node RAC. Thus, on a 2 node RAC with 3 instances each, I would expect something like this:
Node 1: Instances xx1, xy1, xz1
Node 2: Instances xx2, xy2, xz2
Your description does not match your instance list in other words.
