Dell ups rack 1920W - Doesn't start
Hi,
after an electric event I have a Dell Ups Rack 1920W that does not turn on:
- do not turn on the display
- do not turn the fans.
I also tried to disconnect the batteries but does not change anything. What other tests can I do before I declare it definitively dead?

Hello
According to the manual there are several fuses. I would test with a different power cable on a different circuit, check fuses, and, if cost effective, replace the battery before replacing the unit. You can find UPS manuals under Servers>Data Center Infrastructure.
