I am running Windows 10 on a T620. So YES, you can run the T610 as a "regular" computer. If I remember correctly, you just have to select specific drivers when installing the OS. In my case it were some SAS-RAID drivers. I am sure it is the same for you...
Thanks! Is there a way around the password? My wife gave me what she thought was the password, but it doesn't work...or I'm reading her handwriting wrong. Is it possible just to set the DVD drive as the first boot device and just install the new operating system before it gets to the point of loading the Server operating system?
