Configuration Manager Administration Console? Where is this?
I'm trying to update the bios and lifecycle controller on my server and the installs fail stating that the Configuration Manager Administration Console is not installed on the server. Where is this software located for download? I can't find it anywhere!

That refers to our management applications that interact with the iDRAC/LCC. The update method you are trying is not likely going to work if the iDRAC is not initializing. The LCC requires the iDRAC to function.
I would suggest trying another method to update the iDRAC. Typically, when the iDRAC fails to initialize you are unable to update the firmware, but it is worth trying to update before replacing the system board.
