DRAC 5 account/password help
So here is my situation:
Dell power edge 2950 with DRAC 5 and RHEL 5 64-bit OS
cfgRacTuneCtrlEConfigDisable=1
so CTRL+E during boot time is in read-only mode meaning no changes can be made at boot....
cfgRacTuneLocalConfigDisable=1
meaning no changes can be made using racadm command line tool...
Open Manage is in use but when I try to make any changes via it I get "Operation has failed because configuration is disabled for in-band users."
The default root DRAC user account password was changed and then disabled and a new admin level account was created but the only person who knew the password is no longer around.
How can I reset the DRAC settings and/or change user passwords? I have physical access to the server so is there something I can do internally, for example move a jumper or pull a battery?

I did pull it, reboot, then shut it down and reinserted the card and that did not help. I will just yank it and let it run for a while without it. It's not operational required so I can deal without it, but I was hoping to make use of it in the future if possible.
