Dell PowerEdge 6100/200 - monitor doesn't start

Hi!

I'm an owner of a Dell PowerEdge 6100/200 server and I've got an issue with the video display. As I wrote in the topic, my monitor doesn't start. The monitor was tested and it works on my PC.

I've got no idea why it doesn't work on my server. A friend from whom I bought this says that everything should work properly. Is there anything on the motherboard to turn on transmission with monitor? Or is there any other solution to fix this problem?
