Hello

You should check the battery and drive status using OpenManage Server Administrator. More information on the drive status should be available in OMSA or the controller/TTY log.

There are many part numbers for the PERC battery. The PERC battery is the same across the PERC 5i, 6i, and H700. Any battery listed as compatible with those controllers will work across any of them.

Thanks

Great, thank you, OMSA does show disk 1 and battery as failed.  We will replace the parts and see how it goes.

Thank you,

Greg
