Does the PE T105 support Hyper-V?

Does the hardware for a T105 Dual-core second gen Opteron support Windows 2008 Server's Hyper-V?

Hyper-V seems to work on this server. I have been able to load Windows XP in a virtual machine and it's working.

Yes, the machine will support it IF the processor supports it.  The base model proc (Sempron LE 1250) does not support HyperV.  (I bought a refurb which works well, except for the virtualization thing.  For a machine with only 4GB of RAM in it, I wasnt planning on doing virtualization anyway, but I tried to run it just to see what happens)

Have you looked the documents here: http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/software/HyperV/en/

 

The Solution Guide lists T105 as supported.
