How do I reset my PowerEdge 2600 status light?

I have a Dell PowerEdge 2600 which crashed the other night I think due to a failure on our UPS.
 
When the machine was rebooted the status light was flashing orange, I have since done a full diagnostic check using the "Open Manage" software and this has found no errors.  Another, reboot has been performed but still the orange light flashes.  Is there any way I can reset the status indicator or does anyone have any ideas on what may causing the light to continue to flash?

Within Dell OpenManage Server Administrator clear the hardware logs. Often problem is a cover not in place which triggers that light as well. Take care.

That worked a treat, I now have a nice healthy blue light again.
