PowerEdge 1850 PCI Device missing driver in Device Manager
I just reloaded a poweredge 1850 with server 2003. i had to load the disk drivers during windows install. Upon the server coming up the first time, i had to install the network drivers. But now i still have three "PCI Device" listed in there, and every driver I install on the server doesn't seem to be for those. Anyone have any ideas on what these might be, or what i could look at to help determine what they might be.

First, you didn't say so, so I just wanted to ask ... did you first install the Chipset? It should be installed first thing after the OS is installed and before anything else is installed. If not, it can cause subsequent devices to not install or work properly. That said, provided you don't have any other PCI devices/cards in the system, the PCI Devices listed are most likely the DRAC (Dell Remote Access Card). To install the driver, install the OpenManage Server Administrator software.
Chipset:
Video (you didn't mention this either):
OpenManage Server Administrator (download and run to extract, then run C:\Openmanage\windows\setup.exe):

We had the same issues and this is what fixed it. Also it was two devices related to the DARC card. I tried the open manage stuff as well and that did not work as we were running server adminsitrator already.
Hardware Id's
PCI\VEN_1028&DEV_0011&SUBSYS_00111028&REV_00\4&1F7DBC9F&0&28F0
PCI\VEN_1028&DEV_0014&REV_00PCI\VEN_1028&DEV_0014PCI\VEN_1028&CC_FF0000
Extract these drivers, open computer manger and update to this location.

This worked on win2003 32bit and I suspect will work for most windows versions.
