PowerEdge 2500SC Power problems

Question

I have a PE 2500SC which started exhibiting strange power problems yesterday.  Intermittently, It will look/sound like it is powering up and down and up and down until I unplug it.  It has 3 redundant power supplies and is plugged into a UPS.  I've tried removing the UPS from the mix with the same results.  I've looked at Open Manage and the only error in the logs is about the PERC controller battery being low.  I've run DSET, but I can't see anything specific to this problem.   Has anyone experienced anything similar?

I opened the case and even removed the Power Distribution Module (PN 031MHS).  I didn't see anything glaring like bulging capacitors, but the Power Distribution Module is an enclosed unit.  It sounds to me like it might be a failing Power Distribution Module since the Power Supplies appear to be working fine and there is nothing in the ESM logs other than repeated entries like the following.  Thoughts?  Does it make sense to replace the PDM first given the lack of diagnostic error messages?
