Sir_Tidbit,

First I wanted to say I am sorry about the delay in getting a response to your posting. The Community Forums had some maintenance to do and locked down shortly after your posting. I hope it hasn't caused too many issues for you.

In regards to the issue you are having. I would start by draining the flea power and then clearing the Nvram. To drain the flea power you will shut down the server and then pull the AC cord. After that hold down the power button for 20 seconds.

From there open the cover for the server and locate the NVRam jumper (shown below) and move the jumper over. After the jumper is moved then plug in the AC cable and power the server. ONCE you see indications of power (lights on the server) then power back down, then restore the jumper to it's original position. From there you need to leave the server sitting, powered down, but with the AC cable attached for about 2 minutes. After that power the server and see if the issue is resolved.

Let me know how it goes.
