PowerEdge R320 Failed Bios 2.3.3
Failed to update BIOS 2.3.3 . Error code Execution Status: Creation of Dynamic Partition Failed. I use Dell Open Manage Essentials to update the server and ran it manually on the server and still failed. iDrac version is 7 1.51.51 build 1. Looking for some other options.

You can try updating the BIOS via the Lifecycle Controller. You would do this by first downloading the BIOS update (BIOS_HMN36_WN64_2.3.3.EXE) located here, and saving to a USB.. After downloading, then access the Lifecycle Controller by hitting F10 on powerup. Once in the Lifecycle controller then select Platform Update - Launch Platform Update - select Local Drive - then type BIOS_HMN36_WN64_2.3.3.EXE in Catalog location, with the USB installed. Then select next, that will launch the BIOS update.
You can also use this process, but select FTP instead of the Local Drive, to update the entire server.
